Truitt and White or Marvin will provide free labor on manufacturer warranty defects on Marvin products within 1 year of purchase. Customers have 60 days from when they are notified their products have been received to report missing or damaged products. If your product is out of warranty we will do our best to identify replacement products for purchase. Service after 1 year or for non warranty work including installation error and site visits to evaluate problems may incur service charges.
Our scope of service is limited to parts replacement for product purchased in the past 10 years. If you need help outside of this scope one of the service providers below can help you.

How to find your MFG Serial No:
Marvin products manufactured after November 2003 feature a laser etched logo and product identifiers. The etching is found on the interior of the glass, in the corner of the window sash or door panel. This etching contains the following information:
Marvin Window Products Manufactured Before November 2003
Examine the silver-colored spacer bar between the panes of insulating glass. The spacer bar runs along the outside perimeter of the glass. If the product was manufactured by Marvin, the spacer bar will bear an engraving that displays the Marvin name, and the last two digits identify the year of manufacture. The engraving may appear at any point around the perimeter of the glass. Some plants between 2000 and 2003 used a clear label at the bottom of the glass, see the sample below.
